Golden Spice Wellness Drink
(Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon Herbal Tea)

Ingredients (2 Servings)

2 cups water

1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric)

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)

1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

1–2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)

Pinch of black pepper (important for turmeric absorption)
Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain into cups.

Add lemon and honey if desired.

Drink warm.
